I did not strain it. I do not have to use the bathroom. I am not on my period for another week and a half. It is a dull constant pain, sometimes a bit strong enough for me to hold my breath. The pain is on my left side abdomen, lower stomach, in my left pelvic area and mid to lower back all on the left side.
This could be related to a build up of gas around that area (an example only, but I have had it happen to me before).
This could also be related to ovulation type pain since your period is not due for another week and a half (another example only).
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

If you just knocked it out of alignment you can learn how to adjust it yourself with the book found on this site. If it’s something more serious there are artcles on the adrenal glands on this same ste that will be helpful.
