I’m 14 years old and I’ve had pretty bad Back Pain for a wile. It’s mostly on my left side of my spinal cord but my muscle on the upper right side of my spinal cord i get really bad cramps. What could be causing this and how can i fix it?
Since you are only 14 and having these problems so early on, you should really see your family doctor or pediatrician first at the very least where he/she can make a decision on whether to send you to a specialist or chiropractor or both, and to minimize the pain as well. You could have something very serious going on, and if left unattended, you could be far worse off as you get older and it may become an irreversible situation if you ignore it until it gets so bad you cannot even function.
Also, a chiropractor can do wonders in their office as well as teach you some maneuvers & stretching exercises to take home with you when you’re feeling discomfort.Good luck & hope this gets you on the right track.
