You better call the doctor or at least call a hospital and see if they have a consulting nurse you can at least ask questions. You need to find out whats going on. I had lower back pain once and then I got really sick, turns out it was a kidney infection.

It could be a bladder infection. They are really pain-full, I had one a couple of months ago. It started with frequent trips to the bathroom. I felt like I had to pee constantly. Then I had really bad pain in my abdomen. I went straight to the doctor. She said that it was a bladder infection and I had blood in my urine. I couldn’t see it yet but she apparently could.
You should see a doctor as soon as possible. The only way to treat an infection is with antibiotics and they can also give you something to help with the pain.
Good Luck.

Could be kidney stones. Drinking plenty of water will help for the pain.
Cranberry juice is supposed to help for dissolving kidney stones and flushing them out and further information can be found in a web search for “kidney stones” + dissolve.
The pain is usually a sharp, stinging and stabbing pain.

Sounds like menstruation. When I get my period, I get lower back pain when the flow is heavy. You may get the pain with a lighter flow.
Is this bleeding in some way different than your normal period? It would be worth calling a gynecologist.
