What to do about back pain caused from stress?

My boyfriend has major back pain all the time all over his back which is mostly from stress

I was wondering what are some things to do about it?
Because my back is killing me and that’s only when I get my periods, and if his is all the time and all over his back, I really want his pain to go away.

Advice will be greatly appreciated.
He is only 18, so I don’t think old age can have something to do with it.
